MONIRBA hosts Cognition-2009

ALLAHABAD: The students and teachers of the Motilal Nehru Institute of Research and Business Administration (MONIRBA) organised 'Cognition 2009' on Thursday.
The event started with the speech by Ajay Kumar Singhal, the training and placement incharge. The day-long event witnessed `Conquistador', a quiz competition which gave a taste of the happenings of the corporate sector as well as an encounter with the brand world.Verbatim, a debate competition, was also organised.
The team of Debanshu Mukherjee and Himanshi Agarwal of MBA 3rd semester were declared winners of `Conquistador'. The team of Atul Shukla and Mudassir Hayat Khan were declared runners-up from MBA first semester.
In the debate, Rishab Manocha of MBA third semester came first while Mohit Khanna of the third semester came second and Pateek Pandey of first semester came third. A special prize for best question asked during interjection round was given to Akansha Kumar of MBA third semester.
