Gamblers arrested during a raid at hotelin Bairagarh

Bhopal: Five accused were arrested for gambling during a raid at a hotel in Bairagarh.
Those arrested include the hotel manager. Police seized playing cards along with Rs 51,750 cash from their possession and registered a case against them.
SHO Bairagarh DP Singh said that police had received information that some people were being allowed to gamble with playing cards at a hotel located on Fatak Road in Bairagarh.
Acting on information, a police team raided the hotel and nabbed four accused while they were gambling at room number 216.
The manager of the hotel took his commission and gave them permission to gamble in the room.
Police nabbed accused Piyush Kriplani, 30, Manish Makhijani, 35, Sanjay Adnani, 40, Naresh Devnani, 38 and hotel manager Sumit Jaide, 31. Police registered a case against the accused under Gambling Act.
