Madhya Pradesh farmers protest: 8 IAS officers including home secretary transferred

The Madhya Pradesh government on Monday transferred eight IAS officers including home secretary Madhu Khare over alleged mismanagement during the violent farmers protest in the state. Khare has now been shifted as managing director of Madhya Pradesh khadi and gramodyog board.

BHOPAL: The Madhya Pradesh government on Monday transferred eight IAS officers including home secretary Madhu Khare over alleged mismanagement during the violent farmers protest in the state.
Khare has now been shifted as managing director of Madhya Pradesh khadi and gramodyog board.
Apart from Khare, the state government also transferred chairman of revenue board M Gopal Reddy as the administrative member of the Gwalior revenue board.
