Bhopal: A 22-year-old was killed after he was knocked down by a speeding biker on highway in Eintkhedi area on Monday evening.
Police said that deceased Deepak Raghuvanshi, a resident of Mahavir Basti in Gandhi Nagar, worked in private sector. He and his brother, Amit Raghuvanshi, were going on a highway of Parevakheda village in Eintkhedi. Around 4pm, Amit stopped at a kiosk at Meena Square while Deepak continued walking.
Later when Amit reached further, he spotted a crowd on the road and spotted Deepak lying injured. Deepak was rushed to Hamidia hospital where he died while undergoing treatment. Locals told police that an unidentified bike-borne man knocked him down and fled the spot.TNN
