Power cuts in the city

Power supply will remain affected in several parts of the city on Sunday due to metro construction, NHAI line shifting, pole erection and maintenance works being carried out by the electricity department.

6 am to 12 noon: Sagar Banglow, BDA, Gondipura, Banjara Basti, New Jail and nearby areas due to line maintenance work

7 am to 12 noon: Old PHQ, Rustam Parisar and adjoining localities will face outage from owing to metro construction work

8 am to 2 pm: Brij Colony, Maya Enclave, Karond Square, CIAE Nabibagh and Nishatpura Thana area, besides Gas Rahat, Maulana Azad Hospital, Main Road and surrounding localities, as well as Palasi village, Elexer Green, Nice Space Colony, Rajnagar Palasi and Prince Paradise due to NHAI line shifting work

9 am to 1 pm: Balvihar Chari, Laxmi Talkies Road, Raja Ji Kuwa, Nehru Road, Beldarpura, Old Saifia College Road, Aliganj and Jumerati, along with Dr Ajwani Hospital, Paliwal Nursing Home, Bank of India, Hamidia Road, Ibrahimganj, Sajjad Colony, Dawa Bazar, Bus Stand and adjoining areas because of line maintenance work.

10 am to 1 pm: Batra Hospital, Manohar Dairy, Shri Vatika Hotel, Kargil Nagar, Sangat Plaza, Hotel Rewa, BDA Houses and nearby areas, along with Bhopal Medical, Hotel Residency, Alaknanda Complex, Citi Centre, Vishal Mega Mart, Amar Stambh, Nai Duniya, Manav Parisar and adjoining localities, will remain affected due to maintenance work

1 pm to 4 pm: C, D, F and G sectors of Govindpura industrial area and nearby industrial units due to pole erection and construction work
