CSIO meet on future of avionics tech

Chandigarh: A National Conference on Avionics Technologies and Display Systems 2023 was organised by the Central Scientific Instruments Organisation (CSIO) at the CII on Tuesday. This was a part of the ongoing ‘One week One lab’ programme under the CSIR.
The aim of the conference was to bring stakeholders together and work on future technologies. The guest of the honour was Rear Admiral P Kapadia, Project Director (headquarters), advance technology programme.He said, “The realm of avionics spans from space vehicles, UAV, satellites and more. The integration of cutting edge technologies and systems has brought about a significant transformation in the Indian Navy.”
The conference endeavoured to showcase the latest technologies, capabilities, and infrastructure in the field of avionics, bridging the gap between laboratory research and practical implementation.
