‘Haryana needs separate HC and capital’

Hisar: A seminar on the issue of a new capital and a separate High Court for Haryana state was organised under the banner of ‘Haryana Banao Abhiyaan’ at District Bar Association, Hisar. Lawyers and social philosophers participated in the seminar, while former deputy secretary to the govt of India Mahendra Singh Chopra, former vice-chancellor of CCS Haryana K S Khokhar, former Major General Shrikant Sharma and former chairman Bar Council of Punjab and Haryana Randhir Singh Badhran addressed the gathering.tnn
