New flights to Jaipur, Chennai, Lucknow from Chandigarh International Airport

MOHALI: The Covid-19 pandemic saw a favorable step as Indigo Airlines has started direct air connectivity to Lucknow, Jaipur and Chennai from the Chandigarh International Airport (CHIAL).
The spokesperson of CHIAL said a flight to Chennai departed on Sunday from Chandigarh. He said the flight will operate on Monday, Thursday and Sunday.
The flight to Jaipur will start from August 24 onwards with arrival at 10.40 am and departure time at 11.40 am and the flight will operate on Monday, Wednesday and Sunday.
Lucknow flight will depart from August 25 onwards with arrival time at 8.25 am and departure time at 1.55 pm. The flight will operate on Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday. Similarly, another flight to Srinagar will also start from August 25 onwards and the flight will operate on Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday.
