10 abandoned cars removed

Chennai: Continuing its drive against vehicles abandoned on roadsides, the Greater Chennai Corporation removed 10 vehicles from the Panagal Park area in T Nagar.
Chennai mayor R Priya, who inspected the drive recently, said 16 vehicles had been identified for removal there. Six vehicles were claimed by owners and 10 were removed. Abandoned vehicles are in Pallikaranai dumpyard, she said.They would be auctioned off.tnn
