NLCIL sends 16 giant pumps to flood-hit Chennai

The company also dispatched the required number of engineers and technicians from its three mines to Chennai to assist the Greater Chennai Corporation teams in draining stagnated water.
These powerful motor pumps are used in the mines to pump out stagnant water quickly, according to a release from the company.
