CHENNAI: In yet another road accident at Puzhal, two men on motorbikes collided on Sunday night. Ashirwadham (24) and Lokesh Babu (21) were travelling in opposite directions when Babu lost control of his vehicle which then collided with Ashirwadham's bike, killing him on the spot. The traffic police officials registered a case under Section 304 (a) of ther IPC. A traffic policeman said, "This particular stretch from Red Hills to Sembium is prone to accidents. This is the second fatal one in the last few months. The roads, apart from being in a bad condition are also poorly lit, which makes drving difficult for motorists. Unless immediate action is taken to repair the road, such accidents cannot be prevented."
