NEW DELHI: The
Delhi High Court on Monday granted AAP MP
Raghav Chadha's plea, challenging the trial court's vacation of its interim order preventing the Rajya Sabha secretariat from evicting him from the bungalow allotted by the government.
The trial court's decision had cleared the decks for Chadha's eviction.
Justice Anup Jairam Bhambhani has ruled that the trial court's order from April 18, which initially directed the Rajya Sabha Secretariat not to evict Chadha, is now back in effect.
