NEW DELHI: NEW DELHI: After a brief lull, heavy rain lashed parts of Delhi-NCR on Tuesday.
The IMD's forecast indicates chances of very light to light rain on Tuesday and Wednesday.
According to the IMD data from June 1 to July 8, Delhi has recorded an average rainfall of 116.3mm which is higher than the normal of 98.9mm.
For the second day in a row, Delhi's Air Quality Index (AQI) was recorded in the 'satisfactory' category, with a reading of 56 at 6pm on Monday, as per the Central Pollution Control Board data.
This improvement in air quality can be attributed to the recent days of rain and wind.
