NEW DELHI: Two men have been arrested for stealing phones and change their IMEI number before selling them. Police said that the accused operated from Farsh Bazar and around 150 stolen phones were recovered from the two.
The accused were identied as Yunus and Parmod.
On Monday, Yunus was caught hold of at a picket and a few stolen mobile phones were found in his pocket.
He told cops that he was going to the mobile shop for getting the IMEI number changed.
DCP (Shahdara) Nupur Prasad said that a team led by ACP Bharat Reddy was formed and the accused Pramod was arrested from a mobile shop. TNN
