MARGAO: The special court judge, Nutan Sardesai, reserved her order for May 6 on an application filed by building contractor Vishwas Desai seeking unsealing of his office and to operate his accounts that have been frozen by the investigating agency.

The crime branch probing into the Canacona building collapse case opposed the application.
Special public prosecutor Sarojini Sardinha maintained that the crime branch had already dispatched the CPUs (computers) seized from the contractor's office to Hyderabad for analysis.
Sardinha drew the attention of the court to the fact that the two builders, Pradip Singh Berring and Jugdeep Seghal, are still absconding and sought for rejecting the contractor's application.
