Selaulim panchayat member assaults secy
The Colva police on Monday registered an offence against a member of the Seraulim village panchayat, Joaquim Dias, for abusing and assaulting the panchayat secretary Shaikh Karim.
The complaint lodged by Karim with the Colva police stated that Dias got agitated with Karim for the "delay " in showing him a file he asked for.
The Colva police have registered an offence against Dias.
