​4 killed in collision near Faridabad

FARIDABAD: Four people died in Palwal district near Faridabad when an overloaded tractor collided head on with a trailer-truck. The brick-laden tractor was going towards Sohna from Palwal. DSP Jaiveer Rathi said, “It seems the tractor driver lost control and rammed the truck. The vehicles went up in flames and drivers Rampal and Sukhpal died on the spot along with the vehicle cleaner, Upendra.An unidentified man, possibly a passerby, was also killed, said sources.
The tractor driver escaped with minor injuries. It was said that he was thrown off the tractor. The truck was loaded with eight new Maruti cars, whichwere damaged.
