USTM offers internship scope to NE students

Guwahati: In a bid to strengthen academic exposure, practical learning, and research orientation for undergraduate and postgraduate students across the northeast, University of Science & Technology Meghalaya (USTM) has launched the USTM Mega Summer Internship Programme, 2026 (UMSIP-2026).


Organised with support from IQAC, USTM, the programme offers hands-on training, industry exposure, and interdisciplinary learning through mentorship from faculty members and domain experts. University officials said the internship has been developed to connect classroom learning with real-world application. Participation is expected from students in science, technology, engineering, management, the humanities, and allied fields.


The last date to submit applications is June 10.
