Two scribes killed as truck rams bike in Burgampad

Hyderabad: Two web channel journalists were killed when their bike was hit by a truck in Burgampad in Bhadradri Kothagudem district on Wednesday morning .
The deceased were Sk Sharif Pasha, 24, of Ammagaripalle, and Bhishma Reddy, 34, of BG Kothur in Ashwapuram mandal of Bhadradri Kothagudem district.
The accident occurred at 11.30am when the victims were travelling from BG Kothur to Manugur X Roads to attend work-related event. “A truck hit the bike from behind between Errammatalli temple and Krishna Sagar X Roads. Both fell on the road and Sharif died on the spot with severe injuries. Bhishma was declared brought dead at a nearby hospital,” Sub-inspector S Jitender said. Cops said accident occurred after the bike overtook the truck.tnn
