US HCM solutions firm Isolved opens GCC in Hyderabad
Hyderabad: US-based human capital management solutions provider Isolved has opened its new global capability centre (GCC) in Hyderabad in an expansion of its India operations as the company steps up its investment in engineering, artificial intelligence and platform development.
The company said the Hyderabad centre will support its unified People Cloud platform and strengthen teams working across product engineering, AI-led capabilities, platform delivery, payroll processing and tax operations.
The new office, spread over 28,000 square feet, where the company plans to hire 400 employees by the end of 2027 as part of its India expansion, is expected to become Isolved’s largest centre outside the United States.
The company said the Hyderabad GCC is expected to develop into a centre of excellence for engineering and AI, supporting its long-term goal of building a “platform of action” that connects workforce intent with business outcomes.
The company, which caters to more than 2 lakh employers and 9 million employees in the United States, said India remains a strategic hub for innovation and product development.
Speaking at the inauguration, Isolved chief operating officer Pragya Gupta said the expansion would help the company innovate faster as HR challenges evolve, while also strengthening critical back-office functions such as payroll and tax processing.
“Hyderabad gives us the depth of talent and capability to accelerate product development and deliver more intelligent, human-centric solutions while also building out the back-office processing functions, like payroll and tax, that keep our customers’ businesses running,” Gupta said.
