Five cops arrested for gambling in Indore

INDORE: Five policemen in the city have been arrested on charges of gambling.
Playing cards and about Rs 15,000 in cash were seized from them after a raid at Residency Kothi quarters here last night, police said.
One of them was in police uniform while others were in civil clothes, they said, adding they were identified as constables Dilawar Khan, Neeraj, Dheeraj Pathak, Asharam and Heeralal, all posted in various police stations.
A departmental inquiry has been ordered against the policemen and a separate case also filed.
Residency Kothi is an area where government guest house and circuit house are located.
