MP shocker: Girl jumps off bike to escape kidnapping attempt in traffic jam; man threatens onlookers with sharp weapon
INDORE: A minor girl, who was being kidnapped by three bike-borne youths from a crowded market in Bori area of Alirajpur, escaped by jumping off the two-wheeler during heavy traffic jam.
The incident took place on Thursday, but it came to light only on Friday night when a video surfaced on social media. In the video, the three accused are seen forcefully pulling the minor on a motorcycle while her sister tries to stop them and pull her back. Acting on the video evidence, the police took suo moto cognizance and registered a case.
Alirajpur SP Rajesh Vyas said that the minor was out shopping with her elder sister and niece in the Bori market when the assailants suddenly approached around 3pm.
