ALWAR: A mob allegedly attacked Govindgarh police station in Alwar district late Wednesday night, pelting stones, damaging police vehicles and freeing two youths who had been detained by police, officials said.
Police have registered a case naming 20 individuals and arrested four accused in connection with the attack. Another 28 people were detained for breach of peace and are being questioned. Officials said the situation in the area is now under control.
