Rajasthan govt transfers 55 SP-rank officers

JAIPUR: In another reshuffling of IPS officers on Tuesday, the state government transferred 55 officers, mostly of SP rank. The district superintendent of police of 25 districts have been changed while some changes have been made in Jaipur and Jodhpur commissionerate too.
Sanjay Kumar Shrotriya, DCP (traffic) is the new DCP (south) Jaipur. He is replaced by Lovely Katiyar who was posted as SP, Sirohi.Vikas Kumar, who was DCP (south) is transferred to Alwar as SP. Kailash Chandra Bishoni will be the new DCP (west) in Jaipur while Dr. Ravi who was holding this post is transferred as SP (ACB), Ajmer.
Hinglaj Dan, who was suspended after Gopalgarh incident but received relief from central administrative tribunal (CAT) which stayed the government orders, has been posted as DCP (west) Jodhpur. He was serving as assistant inspector general, training (Jaipur).
Laxman Gaur and Anil Jain both holding the post of SP (CMO) has been transferred to Nagaur and director of intelligence training academy, Jaipur. Bahadur Singh Rathaur has been moved from SP (HQ) Jaipur to SP (rural) Jaipur. Sharat Kaviraj who was heading cyber police station, Jaipur is appointed as SP, Hanumangarh.
Among other appointments of SPs in districts, Praful Kumar is shifted to Ajmer from SP (rural) Jaipur. H G Raghavendra Suhasaa is transferred from Chittorgarh to Bhilwara. He is replaced by PK Khamesra who has been shifted from Dungarpur. HP Sharma is moved from Bikaner to Sriganganagar while SK Tukaram who was posted in the district is send to Bikaner. Ajay Pal Lamba who was instrumental in the arrest of Asaram has been appointed as SP of Udaipur. He was earlier posted as DCP (west) Jodhpur.
Rahul Prakash, SP (rural) Jodhpur has been moved to sensitive district of Bharatpur where SK Singh was posted who will now hold charge of SP (ATS) Jaipur. Gaurav Shrivastav has moved from Ajmer to SP (SCRB), Jaipur.
