Jammu: Acting on intelligence inputs, a police team arrested a terror associate in J&K’s Doda district late Thursday. The accused, Firdous Ahmed Wani from Mangota-Marmat area, had been residing in Dandi Bhaderwah of late, a police spokesperson said Friday, reports Sanjay Khajuria.
Doda SSP Sandeep Mehta said Wani had been in constant contact with terrorist handlers across the border via various social media platforms and had been conspiring to execute subversive activities in and around Doda, in collaboration with active terrorists and handlers operating from Pakistan and PoK.
