KANPUR: As many as 19 judicial officials including additional district and sessions judges on Saturday left their charges due to their transfers to other districts.
According to a notification issued by the registrar Allahabad HC, all the transferred judicial officials of the state had to leave their charges on June 6. The Kanpur judgeship gave a formal farewell to the transferred judicial officials on Saturday and wished them well.
The transferred judicial officials are RC Chaudhary, DK Tewari, AK Singh, DK Garg, Sohan Lal Verma (all additional district and sessions judges) RN Kakkar (judge, family court), Veer Nayak Singh and Pankaj Kumar Upadhyaya (both PO fast track court), Vishwanath (civil judge sr, div.), Monika Thakur (civil judge JD), RP Gupta (ACJ), Anil Kumar (ACJ Jr.Div.), Arun Kumar Mall (Spl CJM), Arun Kumar, Surendra Pratap, Udaiveeer Singh, Pratibha Naryan, Kalpana and Devendra Nath Singh (all metropolitan magistrates).
To fill the vacancies the HC has shifted as many as 23 judicial officials from other districts to Kanpur Nagar. They are Neel Kanth Sahay, Poonam Sikand (frm Alld), Musheeer Ahmad Abbasi (from Rae Bareli), Shiv Prasad (from Vns) Arun Prakash (Jt Sec Law, UPPSC), Sharda Prasad Tewari (from RNN)( All additional district and sessions judges).
Fast track courts: Ashwini Kumar Dubey (from Hapur, Ghaziabad), Avinash Saxena (from Meerut).
Civil Court Sr. Div.- Manoj Kumar Agarwal (from Barielly), Anil Kumar Singh ( from Ghaziabad), Piyush Pandey (from Muzaffarnagar).
Civil Judge (Jr. Div.)- Chandra Vijay (from Azamgarh), Kavita Nigam (from Barabanki), Rahul Prakash (from Bhadohi, Gyanpur), Agast Kumar Tewari (from Gorakhpur), Anutosh Kumar Sharma (from Muzaffarnagar), Amit Singh (from Pratapgarh), Rakesh Kumar Singh (from Pratapgarh), Alpana Shukla (from Shahjahanpur) and Mridula Mishra (from Sitapur).
All the incoming judicial officials are expected to join their new offices very soon.
