KANPUR: The city unit of BJP on Saturday submitted a fresh letter seeking administration's permission for Narendra Modi's October 19 rally at Buddha Park in Indira Nagar. Initially the party had sought Nirala Nagar railway ground in Kidwai Nagar but was denied by railways. Modi's favourite Amit Shah rejected Phoolbagh ground owing to its small size. City BJP president Surendra Maithani said: "We have sought permission for Modi's rally at Buddha Park." ADM, city, Avinash Singh said,"We have received fresh request from the BJP.
