National PG College in collaboration with the Sharab Bandi Sangharsh Samiti launched a campaign on Tuesday to educate the youth about the dangers of substance abuse and its consequences. Samiti president Murtaza Ali said addiction is a curse and that awareness can lead to a drug-free India. Samiti general secretary Mirza Ishrat Beg urged students to pledge for a drug-free Holi. The college distributed organic colours, stationery to underprivileged children. Dignitaries such as principal Devendra Kumar Singh and Samiti vice president Rohit Agrawal were also present.
