Lucknow: The Indian Institute of Management, Lucknow (IIM-L) celebrated its 41st foundation day by holding a series of special activities that highlighted the institute's appreciation for its community and commitment to fostering a supportive environment.

Neha Prakash, who is also an IIM Lucknow alumna, was the chief guest.
She acknowledged her learnings at IIM-Lucknow, including analytical thinking, ethical grounding, and empathy, which shaped her leadership style.
Emphasising the transformative role of accessible and data-driven governance, she said, "The transition from corporate boardrooms to district headquarters imparted a singular truth: a genuine leader, regardless of the domain, must serve individuals with empathy, be anchored in ideals, and maintain composure throughout adversity."
