Man held posing as CM’s secretary

LUCKNOW: An imposter posing as secretary of chief minister Akhilesh Yadav was nabbed by Chinhat Police here on Saturday. Resident of Lakhimpur was nabbed after station incharge of police stations complained with Senior Superintendent of Police, Rajesh Pandey about the man. Santram would call different stations in charge and force them into providing favours.
Santram has a case of murder lodged against him in Lakhimpur after which he moved to Lucknow.He worked as a domestic help for several government officials and got married to a woman named Pooja Yadav. Finding it tough to meet his daily expenses, Santram resorted to clever means. He called in charge of police stations and drop names and ask them to give money to his servant and would reach to take the money.
Santram was nabbed after a team of surveillance cell of Lucknow police traced the cell phone numbers used by the accused man.
