LUCKNOW: Mayor Sanyukta Bhatia dedicated 169 projects worth Rs 31 crore to the residents of Lucknow North and Sarojininagar assembly constituencies on Saturday.
According to Lucknow Municipal Corporation (LMC) officials, 91 projects worth Rs 19 crore related to road repair, interlocking of drains, streetlights and maintenance of parks, among others, were inaugurated in Sarojininagar constituency.
Similarly, 78 projects worth Rs 12 crore were inaugurated in Lucknow North constituency.
BJP MP from Mohanlalganj, Kaushal Kishore, said: “The development work carried out in the city in the last four years is more than double the works done by previous governments. I am sure that the people of Lucknow will again give us the chance to serve them.”
Mayor Sanyukta Bhatia said, “We have won hearts of our beloved citizens with development works in all nine constituencies of the city. Projects inaugurated today will greatly benefit the people in the constituency. We will continue to work for the welfare.”
UP minister Swati Singh, legislator Neeraj Bora, municipal commissioner Ajay Dwivedi and corporators Ram Krishna, Harshit Dixit, Ruchita and Ankit Mishra were present on the occasion.
