UAE officials, city bizmen hold talks on investments

Industrialist Sanjeev Kalra organized a high-level networking meeting in his home city of Ludhiana, India, to discuss investment opportunities with representatives of the United Arab Emirates government and prominent industrialists from Punjab. Representatives from both sides discussed future business and investment plans, and it is anticipated that agreements worth millions of dollars will be done between Indian and UAE companies in the coming days. It is also anticipated that soon Dubai's royal family will make joint ventures and investments with well-respected corporate companies from Punjab. Other attendees of the meeting included businesspeople Rajesh Agarwal, Ripin Jain, Gagan Khanna, Deepak Kalra, and Dr. Sandeep Puri.

Ludhiana: A high-level meeting of officials of the United Arab Emirates (UAE) government and prominent industrialists of Ludhiana was held in the city to discuss investment opportunities in the industry and real estate sector.
According to industrialist Sanjeev Kalra who organised this meeting at his residence, “A high-level networking meeting was recently organised at our residence in which high-ranking UAE officials and members of the UAE royal family Mohammed Alamulla and Abdul Rehman were present.”
Representing Ludhiana and Punjab’s industry, Daman Oswal of Oswal Group, Onkar Pahwa of Avon Cycles, Anoop Bector of Cremica, Paritosh Garg of Happy Forging, Mahesh Goyal of Vishesh Infratech and several other prominent personalities attended this meeting,” he added.
Kalra informed, “During the meeting, both side discussed future business and investment plans and it is anticipated that agreements worth thousands of crores of rupees will be done between Indian and UAE companies in the coming days. It is also expected that soon, Dubai’s Royal family might make joint ventures and investments with well-rated corporate companies of Punjab.”
Others who were present in this meeting included Rajesh Agarwal, Ripin Jain, Gagan Khanna, Deepak Kalra and Dr Sandeep Puri.
