GSB community temple gets new managing trustees

MANGALORE: Adige Balakrishna Shenoy, M Padmanabha Pai, and Kochikar Jayaraj Pai have been elected new managing trustees of Sri Venkataramana Temple, Car Street, Mangalore.
Elections are held to the post of administrative committee and managing trustees of this temple belonging to Gowd Saraswath Brahmin community once every five years.
While Balakrishna Shenoy secured 1,383 votes, Padmanabha Pai bagged 1,289 votes and Jayaraj Pai 877 votes to earn the right to be the new managing trustees.
