Udupi Diocese appoints public relations officer

MANGALORE: Fr Denis D'Sa, administrator of Father Muller Charitable Institution (FMCI) has been appointed as Public Relation Officer of Udupi Diocese. He will be taking charge on July 1. On the same day he will also take charge as the Member of College of Consultors for Udupi Diocese and as the Parish Priest of St Antony Church in KuntalNagar.
He will be reliving as administrator from FMCI on June 30.Fr D'Sa has received state and Dakshina Kannada district Rajyothsava awards during his tenure as director of Sandesha Foundation for his contribution to the promotion of art, culture and education.
He was honoured with the 'Kalanidhi' award by the Kerala State Konkani Catholic Prathishthana in 1998 and he has conducted more than 300 seminars on media education, communication and value education.
