The world might hold the education system in the US in high esteem but Martin Luther King Jr III seems to be a tad disappointed and apprehensive about it.

MUMBAI: The world might hold the education system in the US in high esteem but Martin Luther King Jr III seems to be a tad disappointed and apprehensive about it.
"We, in America, are losing out on the young generation. If this persists, soon a time will come when America will not like the way in which the education system is headed for,'' said the son of Martin Luther King Jr at the inaugural function of a three-day national seminar organised by Jai Hind College.

King Jr III said, "India has the infrastructure as well as the workforce to enhance the education system. In America, the percentage of school dropouts has been rising at an alarming rate and this is an issue we are worried about.''
