This is happening in many companies in many places. Incidents reported to Christian reporting managers are ignored if the culprit is christian. Likewise, if the culprit is Muslim, any complaint against them to reporting manager or HR would go unoticed or ignored. Thereafter, victimisation begins on the whistleblower. HR is every company is limited to conducting functions, food festivals etc, they have become chamchas of management.
