BJP driven by ideology and workers’ strength: Bihar CM
Patna: CM Samrat Choudhary on Sunday said the BJP is not just a political party but an ideological organisation guided by the resolve of “nation first” and driven by the strength of dedicated workers.
Addressing the closing session of a two-day training programme for BJP workers organised by the party’s Patna Mahanagar unit in the Patna City area, Choudhary said the BJP’s working style is rooted in Pandit Deendayal Upadhyay’s principles of “Ekatma Manav-vad” (integral humanism) and “Antyodaya.” He said such training initiatives deepen ideological understanding while also strengthening organisational capacity, enabling workers to serve society more effectively.
During his visit to an exhibition highlighting the party’s organisational journey, the CM said it presented a clear picture of the struggles and commitment of party workers, the expansion of the organisation over time, and the public welfare initiatives undertaken under the leadership of Prime Minister Narendra Modi. He added that the exhibition also reflected the development work being carried out in Bihar under the “double engine” govt.
The CM said under PM Modi’s leadership, India is shaping a new global identity and has witnessed major changes across key sectors. He cited progress in welfare schemes for the poor, infrastructure development, women’s empowerment, digital growth, and the creation of new opportunities for youth as examples of this transformation.
Calling on party workers to apply the learning from the training programme in public life, he urged them to strengthen the organisation down to the booth-level and contribute actively to the goal of a developed Bihar and India. He said the spirit of “nation first,” a commitment to service and organisational strength, remain the BJP’s biggest assets.
