PUNE: SpiceJet has announced the launch of daily special flights connecting Prayagraj to Delhi, Mumbai, Bengaluru, and Ahmedabad for the Maha Kumbh Mela. These flights will operate from January 12 to February 28, offering millions of pilgrims a convenient travel option to one of the world’s largest religious gatherings.
The airline is the only one offering non-stop flights between Ahmedabad and Prayagraj, providing a direct travel route for pilgrims from Gujarat.
The Maha Kumbh Mela, set to take place from January 13 to February 26, 2025, in Prayagraj, is the world’s largest public religious gathering. It draws millions of devotees, including ascetics, saints, sadhus, sadhvis, kalpvasis, and other pilgrims from around the world. Held every 12 years, the event offers a once-in-a-lifetime spiritual experience for many.
