"On Saturday afternoon, we received a call from the hotel stating that a guest who had checked in on Friday was not responding to knocks. Our team reached the scene, entered the room, and found the industrialist dead. There was evidence of vomiting in several parts of the room," said senior inspector Girisha Nimbalkar of Deccan Gymkhana police station.Police suspect the industrialist may have consumed a poisonous substance. "Based on the circumstances, it appears to be a case of suicide. During the search of the hotel room, investigators recovered a note purportedly written by the industrialist. "The note mentions financial distress and other personal issues. We are currently examining the details with the help of his relatives and those familiar with his financial transactions," the inspector said.According to the Swargate police, the industrialist left his residence on Friday morning.
