Transporter shot at in Giridih

Bokaro: A 50-year-old transporter escaped unhurt after unidentified miscreants opened fire at him in Giridih’s Bhandardih area on Friday.
Raju Khan, who operates several buses, was shot at by two bike-borne assailants while he was travelling in his car. “The police have recovered footages of CCTV cameras from a nearby shop which recorded the incident. A case has been lodged and investigations are underway,” Nagar police station in-charge Ram Narayan Choudhary told TOI.
