AI-driven business conclave on Sat
Surat: The Southern Gujarat Chamber of Commerce and Industry (SGCCI) has organized an AI-driven Speed Business Networking Conclave on Saturday, offering business and industry leaders an opportunity to showcase their products and services with the support of artificial intelligence. The conclave has been designed to use AI in a practical way to help participants establish meaningful contacts, including with those who are not at the venue. Organizers said the technology would simplify networking and improve outcomes for participants. The event will feature face-to-face business meetings in three rounds of 30 minutes each. In every round, participants will interact with entrepreneurs and professionals from different sectors, enabling them to present their businesses, products and services to a wider audience. Each participant will be able to showcase their business to around 21 businesspersons through a fully digital and online-managed process. "The conclave will be the first of its kind in the country, designed entirely around artificial intelligence and featuring three rounds of face-to-face networking sessions. The main objective is to provide entrepreneurs and business professionals with a fast and effective platform to build new business connections, explore partnerships, collaborations and growth opportunities," said SGCCI president Nikhil Madrasi. Vice-president Ashok Jirawala said, "The conclave will bring together more than 500 entrepreneurs, businesspersons and professionals from various sectors. The event will offer participants an opportunity to establish new business relationships." Explaining the role of AI at the event, SGCCI Business Connect chairman Chandrakant Prajapati said the conclave would include QR codes at every table to make meetings more efficient. "Participants interested in doing business with others will be able to scan the QR code and register their interest. All business-related information will be instantly recorded and displayed live on screens, making networking faster and more result-oriented," he said. Sharing details about the speakers, conclave convener Vishal Bakshi said, "Expert speakers Amit Pathak from Mumbai and Vishal Shah from Surat will attend the event. They will guide entrepreneurs and business professionals on how modern technology, especially artificial intelligence, can be used to achieve business growth."
