SC, ST reservation not to exceed: HC
KOCHI: A Division Bench of the Kerala High Court ordered that while making special recruitment for SC and ST in State Government Service the permitted percentage of 10 per cent reservation could not be exceeded.
The order was passed by Chief Justice J L Gupta and Justice Kurian Joseph in a writ petition relating to the promotion of Karnataka State Electricity Board’s Executive Engineers.
