VADODARA: Sangram Rathwa son of former minister of state for railways Naran Rathwa was arrested in connection with a case of issuing threats to his wife. Sangram Rathwa was arrested and granted bail on Friday.
An offence against Sangram was registered by the Panigate police station after he had allegedly created ruckus at his wife Snehal's residence in the Vaikunth Society on the Waghodiya Road.
Snehal had filed an application at the J P Road police station earlier alleging harassment by Sangram.
The application said that Snehal was harassed by Sangram at Hiranagar Society on the Old Padra Road where Snehal used to stay with Sangram and his mother. Peeved at this Sangram was allegedly trying to ensure that the application was withdrawn and had issued threats and created a ruckus at the Vaikunth Society where Snehal was staying at her parent's place. Sangram was arrested by the Panigate police on Friday morning and was granted bail later in the day.
