Youth ends life

VARANASI: Santosh Seth (26), a native of Mansharam Phatak locality under Chetganj police station, consumed poison to end his life on Wednesday. He was being pressurized by some moneylender to pay a huge amount as interest despite repaying the dues.
According to reports, Seth, who worked for some transport company of Ramkatora area had borrowed Rs 3,000 from a moneylender of Chetganj area.It was stated that he had repaid the dues but the moneylender was pressurising him to pay Rs 10,000 extra. Thus frustrated, Seth consumed poison.
When his health condition started deteriorating, his family rushed him to the district hospital. He died during the course of treatment. Police were investigating the matter.
