National Lok Adalat on September 14

VISAKHAPATNAM: The district principal judge, Alapati Giridhar, said the District Legal Services Authority would conduct the National Lok Adalat on September 14 within the purview of all courts of the undivided Visakhapatnam district.
He elaborated that pending cases in courts, including civil, cheque bounce, banking, compensation in vehicle accidents, section 138 under the Negotiable Instruments Act cases, money recovery, land acquisition cases, labour, family disputes (other than divorce), and other cases, including criminal cases that have a compromise in nature, would be addressed.The judge asked the people to utilize the opportunity.
