HBSE Haryana Board Class 12 result 2026: The Board of School Education Haryana (BSEH) has declared the Senior Secondary Open School Annual examination 2026 results for both fresh and re-appear categories today, May 12. Candidates who appeared for the examinations can now check their results through the official website at BSEH official website.
The announcement was made by Haryana Board Chairman Dr Pawan Kumar during a press conference held in Bhiwani on May 12, 2026.
According to the board, the pass percentage for the Senior Secondary Open School fresh category stood at 42.15 per cent, while the re-appear category recorded a pass percentage of 50.09 per cent.
As per the official data, a total of 15,288 candidates appeared in the Senior Secondary Open School fresh category examination, out of which 6,444 students passed.
Among boys, 9,647 students appeared for the examination and 3,667 qualified, taking the pass percentage to 38.01 per cent. Meanwhile, out of 5,640 girls who appeared, 2,777 passed, recording a higher pass percentage of 49.24 per cent.
The board also stated that students from urban areas recorded a pass percentage of 44.87 per cent, while candidates from rural areas achieved 40.44 per cent.
For the Senior Secondary Open School re-appear category, a total of 5,868 candidates appeared in the examination, out of which 2,939 students successfully cleared the exam.
The overall pass percentage in the re-appear category stood at 50.09 per cent.

The Haryana Board has also informed that students who wish to apply for rechecking or re-evaluation of answer sheets can submit their applications online along with the prescribed fee within 20 days from the declaration of the result.

HBSE Open School result 2026: Fresh category performance

Candidates can follow the steps given below to access their results online:
- Visit the official website at bseh.org.in
- Click on the Senior Secondary Open School result link available on the homepage.
- Enter the required details such as roll number, registration number, or personal details including name, father’s name, mother’s name, and date of birth.
- Submit the details.
- The result will appear on the screen.
- Download and save the scorecard for future reference.
The Haryana Board has also informed that students who wish to apply for rechecking or re-evaluation of answer sheets can submit their applications online along with the prescribed fee within 20 days from the declaration of the result.
