The Maharashtra State Board of Secondary and Higher Secondary Education (MSBSHSE) has announced the HSC Result 2026 today, Saturday, May 2, 2026. Students can now access their marks online only at https://hscresult.mkcl.org/.
A press briefing was conducted at 11:15 AM at the board’s Pune headquarters, where officials released key statistics including overall pass percentage and stream-wise performance details.
Examination and result schedule
The Class 12 examinations were conducted from February 10 to March 18, 2026, across Maharashtra. Students who appeared for the exams will be able to download their provisional marksheets once the result portal becomes active on multiple official websites.
The board has confirmed a simultaneous rollout across digital platforms to manage high traffic and ensure smooth access.
Official websites to check results

- results.digilocker.gov.in
Access through DigiLocker
Students can also download their digital marksheets via DigiLocker using Aadhaar-linked login credentials. The document will be available under the “Issued Documents” section for future use.
Candidates are encouraged to set up their DigiLocker accounts in advance to avoid delays during peak traffic hours.
Technical issues and access tips
Due to heavy server load, students may face delays or errors such as page timeouts or server unavailability. In such cases, refreshing after some time, switching browsers, or changing networks may help.
The board has clarified that the online marksheet is provisional and intended for immediate admission processes only.
After-result process
From May 3 to May 17, 2026, students will be able to apply online for:
- Verification of marks
- Photocopy of answer sheets
For re-evaluation, candidates must first obtain a photocopy and then submit their application within five working days of receipt.
