NHAI recruitment 2026: Applications open for 60 Deputy Manager posts, check eligibility, link to apply before last date
The National Highways Authority of India has started the recruitment process for the post of Deputy Manager (Technical) through direct recruitment. A total of 60 vacancies have been announced for candidates with a Civil Engineering background. Selection will be based on GATE 2026 scores in the Civil Engineering discipline.
According to the official notification, 26 posts are for the Unreserved (UR) category, 16 for OBC (NCL), 9 for SC candidates, 4 for ST candidates and 5 for candidates from the Economically Weaker Section (EWS). The authority has also reserved four posts for Persons with Benchmark Disabilities (PwBD), including candidates with Hard of Hearing (HH), Special Learning Disability (SLD), Mental Illness (MI) and Multiple Disabilities (MD).
Candidates applying for the post must have a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from a recognised university or institute. Applicants whose final degree result has not been declared by June 15, 2026, can also apply.
The maximum age limit for applicants is 30 years as on the closing date of the application process. Age relaxation will be given to reserved category candidates as per Government of India rules.
The selected candidates will be placed in Level 10 of the 7th CPC pay matrix with a salary range of Rs 56,100 to Rs 1,77,500 along with Central Dearness Allowance (CDA).
Interested candidates can apply online through the official website of NHAI official website. The online registration process started on May 15, 2026, at 10 am and the last date to submit the application form is June 15, 2026, till 6 pm.

- Click on “About Us” and go to the “Recruitment” section.
- Open “Vacancies” and select “Current”.
- Click on the advertisement for “Deputy Manager (Technical) Recruitment 2026”.
- Read the notification carefully before starting the application process.
- Register using the required details and fill in the online form.
- Upload the required documents
- Submit the application form online before June 15, 2026, 6 pm.
