TS Inter 1st 2nd Year Result 2026 Live: The Telangana State Board of Intermediate Education (TSBIE) is expected to declare the TS Inter Results 2026 for both first- and second-year students by April 12, 2026. This year, a total of 9,97,075 students appeared for the Intermediate Public Examinations, including 4,89,126 first-year and 5,07,949 second-year candidates. The board is likely to follow its established pattern of releasing results in April. While tentative dates such as April 8, 10, and 12 have surfaced, an official confirmation is still awaited. The results are expected to be announced through a formal press conference, where key metrics, including pass percentages and toppers
will be disclosed.

The Intermediate examinations were conducted over a tight schedule. First-year exams took place between February 25 and March 17, 2026, while second-year exams were held from February 26 to March 18. The evaluation process began early, on March 4, and is currently underway.

Once declared, students will be able to access their results online through the official portals. To check their scores, candidates must enter their hall ticket number, making it essential to keep admit cards readily available.

Apart from the official website, results will also be accessible via SMS and DigiLocker, offering alternatives in case of heavy web traffic. The digital marks memo available online will serve as a provisional document, while original certificates will be distributed later through respective schools.

What the marks memo will reveal

The marks memo is expected to carry detailed information, including the student’s name, roll number, subjects, marks obtained, total score, and qualifying status. This document becomes crucial not only for immediate verification but also for admission processes that follow.

Re-evaluation and supplementary options

For students dissatisfied with their scores, the board will open the window for re-evaluation and access to answer script photocopies. This process allows candidates to challenge discrepancies and seek clarity.

Students who fail in one or two subjects will be eligible to appear for supplementary examinations, likely to be conducted in June or July. However, those failing in three or more subjects may have to repeat the academic year.

Passing criteria and grading system

To clear the examination, students must secure at least 35 per cent marks in each subject. The grading system rewards higher performance, with Grade A awarded to those scoring 75 per cent and above. Scores below the minimum threshold will be marked as a fail.
