The importance of body positivity and self-love cannot be overstated. By accepting and loving our bodies, we are able to live happier, healthier lives. Swastika Mukherjee, a strong advocate of this movement, says, “Body positivity leads to improved mental and physical health, and increased self-esteem and body confidence. It allows us to accept our imperfections and love ourselves for who we are. Self-love is the key to happiness and success in life. When we love ourselves, we are able to take care of ourselves better and achieve our goals. We are also more likely to attract love and positivity from others. Accepting and loving ourselves is the first step to living a happy and fulfilling life.”

Ritabhari Chakraborty

It is so important to have a positive body image and to love yourself just the way you are, That what Ritabhari believes. “So many people get caught up in comparing themselves to others and feeling like they are not good enough, but the truth is that everyone is beautiful and unique in their own way. You are perfect just the way you are, and you should never let anyone make you feel otherwise. Learning to love your body and appreciate it for all that it does for you is one of the most important things you can do for yourself. When you have a positive body image, you are more likely to take care of yourself and make healthy choices that will help you feel good both physically and mentally. It is so important to love and accept yourself just as you are,” shares the actress whose upcoming film ‘Fatafati’ also addresses the issue of body positivity.

Subhashree Ganguly

There is so much importance placed on having a positive body image and loving yourself just the way you are. Subhashree while commenting on self-love says, “It's hard to love your body when you're constantly bombarded with messages telling you that you're not good enough, that you need to be thinner, or that you need to look a certain way. But it's so important to remember that you are perfect just the way you are. Loving yourself is one of the most important things you can do. When you love yourself, you treat yourself with respect and care. You take care of your body and your mind, and you cultivate a positive relationship with yourself. This positive relationship allows you to better deal with the negative messages you receive from the world, and it helps.”

Nussrat Jahan

According to Nussrat Jahan, body positivity and self-love are two essential things for everyone to have in their lives. “Body positivity is the acceptance and appreciation of all body types, while self-love is the act of caring for oneself in a way that promotes positive mental and emotional well-being. Both of these things are important because they help people to feel good about themselves and their bodies, which can lead to a more positive outlook on life overall. Additionally, when people feel good about themselves, they are more likely to take care of their bodies and make healthy choices that support their physical and mental health,” that’s what Nussrat strongly advocates.
